The internationally well-respected brand, which was founded by 1964 Olympic Silver medallist Vincenzo Mantovani (4000m team pursuit) and has been supporting man top squads over the past decades therefore extends its engagement in the mass sports.
“We have been supporting international champions for more than 40 years now and have been accompanying them through all ups and downs. This year, we decided to make our know-how available for the BIKE Transalp,” said Claudio Mantovani.
“On one hand, it's fascinating that this multi-day event features teams of two racing and sees people participating which share the same passion for cycling as we do. On the other hand, all participants are highly motivated which is exactly the target group we want to address,” explained the company owner and brother of successful cyclist Vincenzo.
Mathias Ley, CEO of the Hamburg based organising event company Ley Events GmbH, added:
“We are proud to have Nalini coming aboard as sponsor of our race. Having another well-respected brand as part of our partner pool underlines the high quality of our event whilst also giving us the possibility to keep on delivering a high quality product to our clients. Nalini is – without any doubt – one of the big names in cycling when it comes down to high quality functional clothing for mountain bikers.”
